Set your expectations correctly
This lifts surface staining from coffee, tea, red wine and smoking. It does not change the natural underlying colour of your teeth, and it has no effect on crowns, veneers or fillings.
PAP instead of peroxide
Phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid oxidises stain molecules without the dentine sensitivity peroxide commonly causes. If you have previously reacted badly to whitening strips, this is the reason to try again.
